Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, including the Olympic Readiness Toolkit, are final.

No refunds will be issued once access or download has been provided.
Workshops & Events
Workshop and event registrations may be refundable up to:

14 days prior to the event date
unless otherwise specified.
​
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
Consulting & Advisory Services
Consulting retainers, strategic advisory services, and custom engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced.
​
Any cancellation terms for ongoing engagements will be outlined in individual client agreement.
