Jon Hawkins is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Inside the Rings, where he helps organizations turn the Olympic Games into a catalyst for strategy, alignment, and lasting impact.​

 

He is also the host of Inside the Rings, a podcast exploring the stories, strategy, and people behind the Olympic Movement. Through conversations with athletes, leaders, and insiders, Jon brings context and perspective to how the Olympic ecosystem actually works.

Jon serves on the Utah Sports Commission and the Executive Board of the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation, and played a role on the Steering Committee supporting Utah’s successful bid for the 2034 Winter Olympic Games. In these roles, he brings firsthand insight into how Olympic strategy, governance, and legacy planning come together in practice.

Prior to launching Inside the Rings, Jon served as a Senior Manager at Adobe Workfront, where he led a team that generated over $100 million in sales. He has worked with leading sports, media, and global brands—including Nike, Under Armour, the NFL, PGA Tour, and the Olympics & Paralympics—helping organizations translate strategy into execution and measurable results.

Jon also serves as a Utah State Representative, where he supports Olympic- and sports-related initiatives and public-private collaboration. This role gives him a unique perspective at the intersection of sport, policy, and strategy.
